Background
Hosted by Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, CHORUS is
an International Collaboration for Harmonising Outcomes, Research, and Standards in Urogynaecology and Women’s Health. Aiming to bring together people interested in the development and application of agreed standards in different areas of clinical and research practice including standardised sets of outcomes, known as ‘core outcome sets’ (COS), guidelines, and minimum practice standards.

Brief
The brief was to create an identity that clearly depicted the name and mission of this international collaborative project.

Solution
CHORUS refers to a group of persons singing in unison, reflecting our vision for harmonised standards and practice via collaborative work.

The concentric circles of the CHORUS logo symbolises their aim to bring people together in a culture of openness and inclusiveness. Disecting and alternating the concentric circles to create both the initial letter ‘C’ and the soundwave-like device that represents the many voices as one.
